Admission starts from the month of April every year for Cl. VI, VII, VIII, IX & X for which applications forms are available in the month of march.
ELIGIBILITY:-
| 1 | Pass out from any recognized/Govt. Primary or upper primary school. |
| 2 | S.L.C counter signed by the head of the institution or B.E.O. 3. Age limit for class VI is 12/13 years enter class VI. |
| 3 | Candidates should pass out from both English or Odia medium school |
| 4 | Candidates who secure 70% mark in entrance test |
DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THE APLICATION FORM:
| 1 | A copy of adhaar card of candidates |
| 2 | A copy of adhaar card of father and mother |
| 3 | Front page copy of bank passbook |
| 4 | Original T.C/S.L.C of the students last attendant |
| 5 | Recent passport size photo copy of students and guardian |
| 6 | Cast certificate for ST & SC students |
